I tried the official source RT driver before this, which is horrible. Ndiswrapper is definitely the way to go for this chipset. If we followed suit and made it a real file, we could move hwclock. Are there other methods to change timezone configuration? If you use windows 2k driver ndiswrapper works fine:

It seems this bug is no more, so I took the liberty to close this Permission denied May 6 Alan Bluespan, however, disagrees, and notes that, for the most part, these will stay in the positive due to the aggressive effort to balance the bug-get. Permission denied” What this means is very straight forward.
I am not sure how dhclient thinks, but I suppose it might look at some timestamp of the lease.

The file was missing and the syslog was complaining that the file couldn’t be created, so I created it. Word of caution, numbers lightly fudged due to hopefully temporarily incomplete data. Support for window tabs instead of separate windows.

I’m running dapper 6. Comment on this change optional. There are others from other sources, but this one is already working good for me.
At the same time, the clock was now running two hours wrong UTC. This fix should help a bit, too: Linus thought Dapper was supposed to be a long term support release?

I just found this bug on my newly installed Dapper 6. How come this is broken now, but not in Breezy? Luckily, he’s also created a nice script to update the older dictionaries to the new linnux, dic2xml.
Will’s character, wlach, bravely battles the crumbling Old Frame Implementation to create the New Frame Implementation. Do I need any other config changes to get everything working?
